FORMSTEC develops custom silicone kitchenware from a drawing, sample or reference photo. The programme covers material grade, dimensions, Shore hardness, Pantone colour matching, logo debossing or printing, retail packaging and barcode, with a manufacturability review and tooling quotation before production. From 1,000 pcs per colour (mixed-container trial orders accepted), bulk lead time 20–30 days after production deposit, shipping to Africa, ASEAN, Middle East, South America.

Trade terms
What we need before quoting.
- Product photo, drawing or the closest existing model number
- Target size, colour and, if branding is needed, logo artwork
- Packaging direction: OPP bag, colour box, blister or retail display
- Order quantity for the first run and the expected repeat volume
- Destination country and port, so freight terms can be quoted correctly
- Any food-contact certification your market requires
