Our standard minimum order quantity is 1,000 pcs per colour for existing moulds, and 2,000 pcs per colour for utensils with an assembled wooden handle. Because the MOQ applies per colour rather than per order, a mixed-container trial order can combine two or three items in different colours and still meet the threshold.

MOQ applies to existing moulds. A new product that requires tooling carries a separate one-off mould cost, and the production MOQ for that item is agreed together with the tooling quotation.

Yes. Private-label production covers logo debossing or printing on the product, Pantone colour matching, custom retail packaging with your artwork and barcode, and your master carton configuration. We work as an OEM supplier for established brands and as an ODM developer when you have a specification but no finished product.

For logo work, send vector artwork or a high-resolution file. We will confirm the achievable minimum line width and depth against the part geometry before tooling, because some fine marks cannot be reproduced reliably in silicone.

Mould cost depends on part size, geometry, expected annual volume and the production method. As an indication, a simple compression mould for a small flat part sits at the low end, while a multi-cavity injection tool for a larger three-dimensional item sits well above it. Tooling lead time is typically 15 to 25 days after the drawing is approved.

Send the drawing, sample or reference photo together with your target cost and expected annual volume, and we will return a manufacturability review and a tooling quotation. If a target cost is not achievable at the volume you have indicated, we will say so before you spend money on a mould.

All food-contact items are produced from food-contact grade silicone documented to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and LFGB, and are free from BPA. Material documentation can be supplied as a PDF for your compliance file or for a buyer audit.

Requirements differ by market. If your destination has an additional requirement — a specific migration test, a national standard, or a retailer’s own specification — tell us the destination country at enquiry stage and we will confirm what can be documented before you commit to an order.

Samples based on an existing mould are prepared in 7 to 10 days after artwork and specification are confirmed. Bulk production runs 20 to 30 days after the deposit is received and the pre-production sample is approved.

Where a new mould is required, add tooling time of 15 to 25 days before sampling. If you have a fixed delivery window — a seasonal programme or a retail reset date — give us the date at enquiry stage and we will confirm whether the schedule is achievable before you place the order.

Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit by T/T with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. Shipping is quoted on EXW, FOB or CIF terms depending on how you handle freight. For a first order we recommend FOB so you can use your own forwarder and see the full cost breakdown.

Ongoing terms can be reviewed after a trading history is established. If your market requires a specific incoterm for customs or letter-of-credit reasons, tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm before quotation.

Yes to both. Factory visits are welcome with advance notice so the relevant production line is running during your visit rather than being scheduled around it. We will also coordinate with your nominated inspection company, and third-party inspection is normally arranged at the pre-shipment stage.

For buyers who cannot travel, we provide photographs or video of the production run, packing and container loading, referencing the item code and quantity so you have a record tied to the shipment.

We regularly ship to Africa, ASEAN, the Middle East and South America, and we can supply to other markets where the destination’s food-contact requirements can be documented. Each market has a different expectation on certification, packaging and label language, so we confirm those at enquiry stage rather than assuming the same specification applies everywhere.
