Food-contact grade silicone, documented for your market
The tray is moulded from food-contact grade silicone documented to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and LFGB, and is free from BPA. Material documentation is supplied as a PDF on request, which is what a retailer compliance check or a food safety audit will ask to see.
Built for repeat wholesale orders
Wall thickness, hardness and colour are locked at pre-production sample approval and checked against the golden sample on every subsequent run. A repeat order six months later reproduces the same tray, which matters when the same item sits on a shelf next to stock from the previous shipment.
Private-label options
Logo can be debossed into the tray base or printed on the retail packaging. Colour is matched to a Pantone reference, and the retail box is printed from your artwork with your barcode applied at source. Cavity count and cube volume can be modified on a new mould if the standard 15-cavity format does not fit your range.
